Perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the ritual aperitivo.
Just below is a parterre Italian garden, a peaceful place to relax. The intimate dining room has a decorated ceiling. The rest of the ground floor comprises a small sitting room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom opening onto the terrace and adjacent bathroom with a shower.
A flight of stairs leads to the second floor.
