Situated in the heart of the hamlet of Montestigliano, Villa Giancarlo stands proudly overlooking the main piazza but also commands stunning views of the Sienese landscape. Entering from the portico front entrance, to the left is a light filled living room which opens onto a large panoramic terrace overlooking one of the swimming pools and the surrounding countryside with the skyline of Siena in the distance. Perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the ritual aperitivo.

Just below is a parterre Italian garden, a peaceful place to relax. The intimate dining room has a decorated ceiling. The rest of the ground floor comprises a small sitting room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom opening onto the terrace and adjacent bathroom with a shower.

A flight of stairs leads to the second floor. Centered around an elegant hall with a beautiful frescoed ceiling are five bedrooms; one double bedroom and dressing room with a balcony, with en-suite bathroom, one large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom (large bed140cm w) with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub.

All double beds can be made up as single on request.
